Orders & Shipping

When will the Shield Chains ship?

Shield Chains have landed — we have them in hand.

All Shield Chain orders are scheduled to ship out next week on Tuesday or Wednesday.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive tracking via email.

What’s the status of the Shield Backpacks?

Shield Backpacks are officially in production.

The manufacturer has already completed the cutting process for all bags ahead of schedule, prior to Chinese New Year.

How long does shipping take once my order ships?

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

If international shipping is enabled at checkout, we can ship to your country. International delivery times vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for any duties/taxes charged by their country upon delivery.

Are all sales final?

Yes. Due to limited-run drops and hygiene standards, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Is the jewelry safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Every piece is hypoallergenic and nickel-free, making it safe and comfortable for all skin types — even with daily wear.

Will my jewelry tarnish or fade over time?

No. All of our pieces are forged from premium stainless steel, meaning they’ll never tarnish, rust, or lose their shine. You can wear them daily with full confidence.

Can I shower or swim with it?

Yes. Our jewelry is stainless steel — built for everyday wear. Showering and swimming are totally fine, and your piece will keep its shine.

How do I clean my jewelry?

Wipe it with a soft cloth to bring back the shine. For a deeper clean, mild soap + water works great — just rinse and dry.
